Basically Bagels: Donna will be here this week, with her usual assortment of bagels and bagel chips. She wants everyone to know that she is working to keep up with the ever increasing cookie demands. So go ask for cookies.
Between Two Rivers Jeff will have maple cashews as his new item this week. This is the place to stock up on all maple products including sugar, candy, cream and syrup.
Cardinal Inn Stop by Darlene's to ask her about her bakery club card. She has French and foccaicia breads, English muffins, biscotti and assorted treats for this week's market.
The Herb Corner Diane and Phil will be busy cutting greens, herbs, garlic scapes, onions and flowers for this week's market. They will also have lemon balm, chives, hanging baskets of flowers, bay leaf plants, lavenders, celeriac, purple yarrow and portulaca for planting.
Hillstone Farms Todd will be back this week with an assortment of cuts of beef just right for grilling or roasting for your summertime guests.
Inn to the Seasons Will not be here this week.
Mt. View Pastries Melinda is bringing strawberries and making the shortcake to serve them on. She will also have raisin bread with or without icing and whole wheat and white bread. As always, her fare includes an assortment of fruit pies and chocolate shoofly pie, buns and cookies.
Pure Hart Soap Half aprons hand made by Heidi's mother will be on sale for $10.00 this week. Check out all of Heidi's chemical-free soaps, lotions, butters and massage oils.
Running Bear Farm Cliff and Margarete will have these fresh cut herbs this week: Mexican tarragon, rosemary, spicy globe basil, bay leaf, sage, flat leaf and curly leaf parsley, anasie, and Thai basil. They will have escarole, radicchio, shallots, fennel, salad and greens mixes, Swiss chard, cauliflower, beets, cut flowers and chemical-free seeds for planting. Rabbit, lamb sausage, chicken backs and giblets for soups, basil pesto and tomato sauce are available also.
Yorkshire Meadows Liz says, "Put on the Kettle, Make the Tea, Order your Baked Goods, Right from Me." Stop by and pick up her flyer describing the products she has available. This week at the market she will have apple/pecan cake with caramel frosting, oatmeal/pecan cookies, strawberry/rhubarb crunch. Look for her lemon curd and strawberry jams, too.
Udder Merry MacFarm Ray is bringing more cucumbers. Last week the cucumbers sold out instantly! He will also have lettuce mixes, baby romaine, and large bunches of basil.
